​1. App Functionality

Cleaner Plus helps you:

  • Identify duplicate and similar photos

  • Find large video files

  • Detect duplicate contacts

  • Compress photos and videos

  • Analyze device storage

All processing occurs locally on your device. The app provides suggestions only - you make all deletion decisions.

2. IMPORTANT: Data Deletion Information

⚠️ PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:

  • Photos and videos deleted through the app go to Recently Deleted in Photos app

  • Items remain recoverable for 30 days in Recently Deleted

  • After 30 days, iOS permanently removes them

  • Contacts are permanently deleted immediately

  • ALWAYS backup important data first

  • Review ALL items before deleting

  • The app may occasionally misidentify items

  • You are FULLY responsible for all deletions

By using the deletion features, you accept complete responsibility for any data loss.

3. LICENSE GRANT - NOT A SALE

This app is licensed to you under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). Additionally:

IMPORTANT: Downloading or purchasing Cleaner Plus does NOT transfer ownership of the software to you.

  • You receive ONLY a LIMITED, REVOCABLE LICENSE per Apple's Standard EULA

  • This is a LICENSE, NOT A SALE of the software

  • You have NO ownership rights in the app or its code

  • You may NOT sell, transfer, or sublicense your right to use the app

  • Premium purchase grants extended usage rights ONLY

  • We retain ALL rights, title, and interest in the software

  • Your license is non-exclusive and non-transferable

  • Usage is governed by Apple's Standard EULA and these supplemental terms

4. Premium Features

  • Premium purchase unlocks additional features

  • This is a LICENSE UPGRADE, not software ownership

  • Purchase grants usage rights only

  • Premium unlock is tied to your Apple ID

  • Restore available for same Apple ID only

  • No refunds - all sales are final

  • Premium does NOT grant any ownership or distribution rights

5. PROHIBITED USES - STRICTLY FORBIDDEN

You are STRICTLY PROHIBITED from:

  • Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the app

  • Attempting to derive source code or algorithms

  • Modifying, adapting, or creating derivative works

  • Copying any part of the app or its design

  • Removing or altering proprietary notices

  • Using the app for commercial purposes

  • Sharing, selling, or transferring your license

  • Circumventing any security or access controls

  • Using automated tools to extract data or functionality

  • Claiming ownership of any part of the app

VIOLATION OF THESE TERMS MAY RESULT IN LEGAL ACTION.

6. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

We do not guarantee:

  • 100% accuracy in detection

  • Recovery of deleted items after 30 days

  • Uninterrupted service

  • Error-free operation

  • Specific storage savings

Use at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

We are NOT liable for:

  • Any data loss or deletion

  • Lost photos, videos, or contacts

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Loss of device functionality

  • Emotional distress from data loss

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the app.

8. Indemnification

You agree to hold us harmless from any claims arising from:

  • Your use of the app

  • Data loss resulting from deletions

  • Violation of these Terms

  • Infringement of others' rights

9. OUR EXCLUSIVE INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

We retain ALL rights, title, and interest in:

  • All source code, object code, and algorithms

  • User interface, design, and user experience

  • All graphics, icons, images, and visual elements

  • All text, content, and documentation

  • All trademarks, service marks, and logos

  • All detection methods and analysis techniques

  • All improvements, updates, and derivatives

  • All intellectual property of any kind

NO TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP:

  • Downloading the app does NOT transfer ownership

  • Purchasing premium does NOT transfer ownership

  • You acquire NO rights except limited usage

  • You may NOT claim any ownership interest

  • You may NOT register any IP rights in the app

This software is protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws of the United States and international treaties. Any unauthorized use may violate copyright laws and result in severe civil and criminal penalties.

10. Privacy

Your privacy is important. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we handle information. The app processes data locally and does not upload your personal media to servers.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms. Material changes will be notified through app updates.

12. Age Requirements

You must be at least 4 years old to use this app. Users under 18 should have parental consent.

13. LICENSE ENFORCEMENT AND LEGAL REMEDIES

We reserve the right to:

  • Terminate your license immediately for any violation

  • Pursue all available legal remedies for breach

  • Seek injunctive relief to prevent unauthorized use

  • Recover damages, including lost profits and legal fees

  • Report violations to appropriate authorities

  • Disable app functionality remotely if terms are violated

Any attempt to violate our intellectual property rights will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
