Your privacy is important. Following statement will help you understand how Flex Photo deals with the personal identifiable information ('PII') you may occasionally provide to us via Internet.
Flex photo is basically a photo and video classification app, your media data is not open to internet unless you send your files through file sharing system aka. Activity View Controller (you can check it by selecting the media you would like to share and hit share button). In activity view controller you may see different third party applications such as Cloud systems, messaging apps etc. Our app has no control after you choose to share your media through these channels, please use and select these third party apps on your own risk. Generally, we do not collect any PII from you when you download our applications. To be specific, we do not require the consumers to get registered, nor do we keep track of the consumers' visits of our application, we don't have a Server to store such PII. Media data which you generate in app via importing it from your Apple device library or from in app camera only stored in your document directory, which you can check on your own from “Files” (Apple’s own document management) app. Thus, we do not provide extra data protection other than Apple’s own protection technologies. Flex photo will never collect and store any face data when you use our application. And any PII can not be shared with any third parties. The only situation we may get access to your PII is when you personally decide to email us your feedback or to provide us with a bug report. The PII we may get from you in that situation are strictly limited to your name, email address and your survey response only. In addition, when you make an in app purchase we keep track your device record ID in order to make sure you can restore purchases after you delete the application.
In above situation, we guarantee that your PII will only be used for contacting you and improving our services. We will never use such information (e.g. your name and email address) for any other purposes, such as to further market our products, or to disclose your personal information to a third party for commercial gains. It should be noted that whether or not to send us your feedback or bug report is a completely voluntary initiative upon your own decision.
